I retired after 44 years as CEO of 18 rural health care facilities in six west and midwestern states. The experience I gained relative to creating and expanding medical and healthcare programs and services, financial management, human resources, staff development, long term care, hospice, home health, geriatric psychiatric, marketing, recruitment, regulatory agencies, conflict resolution, crisis management, legal issues, personnel management are universal in business development and growth. SCORE will give me the opportunity to share these experiences and lessons.
